Open the Bookmark Manager → menu at the top right → Export bookmarks, and save the HTML file.

Use Start.me's export to download your bookmarks as HTML. Capymark keeps the folder groups found in the file.

Check, then import

The file is parsed on your device first, showing valid links, duplicates and groups, then submitted in batches of 100. If something fails you can resume. Indexing continues after saving.
